Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Delivery: 4-6 business days, depending on your location within Germany and select countries within the European Union.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the total weight of your order.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within Germany.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most locations within Germany and select countries in the European Union. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside of the EU.

Order Tracking

  • After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Use this tracking number to check your order’s progress on our Order Tracking Page.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WhiskeyBarrelCo. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.

Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return window on all products. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Some items, such as limited edition or special release bottles, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contant@sociallyin.site with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Label: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack your item securely in the original packaging and attach the prepaid return label. Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us at contant@sociallyin.site within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
