Refund Process

    Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return requirements.

    Refund Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

    Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

    Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

    Any items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description of the issue along with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

    Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

    Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. In this case, please follow our return process.
